Agua Fria Center Application Withdrawn    10/4/06 Sighs of relief came from many as the news spread. As of Friday, Dennis Roberts has withdrawn his application for a zoning change which would have paved the way for the Agua Fria Center, a large business and retail complex to be built at 3rd Street and Hwy 69. Agua Fria Festival Scheduled for September 30th    8/4/06 The Agua Fria Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that the Agua Fria Festival, which has been held off and on for the last 100 years on Main Street in Humboldt, is scheduled for September 30th. . . Does Dewey-Humboldt Need More Commercial Land?    8/1/06 According to a Staff Report prepared in January, 2006, the Town of Dewey-Humboldt currently has enough commercial and industrial land within the town limits for a total of 2,524 businesses. . . Agua Fria Center Plan Debuts    7/7/06 The proposal for an 85 acre commercial development along Route 69 saw its first run before the town government on Thursday night at the Planning and Zoning commission's July 6th meeting. Known as the Agua Fria Center, this plan has gone largely unnoticed by the residents of Dewey-Humboldt. . . Town Council Rejects Young's Farm Development    6/23/06 After two postponed votes on the controversial "Village at Young's Farm" proposal, the Dewey-Humboldt Town Council finally delivered its verdict: A 5 to 2 defeat for the 580 home plan that would have resided where Young's Farm is now. . .
